Christopher Davis is a Associate at Thompson Wigdor & Gilly LLP. His practice focuses on litigation in employment, criminal defense, defamation, and civil rights law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Davis served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office from 2001-2007. While with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, Mr. Davis investigated and tried serious felonies as a member of the trial division, later joining the Sex Crimes Unit. Mr. Davis handled hundreds of cases ranging from white collar crime to violent street crime including rape and attempted murder.

Mr. Davis received his J.D. from Catholic University School of Law in 2001, where he served on the Moot Court Team and Jessup International Law Bench Team.

Prior to law school, Mr. Davis worked on the legislative staff for United States Senator Dianne Feinstein in Washington D.C. Mr. Davis received his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross in 1995, majoring in English and graduating on the Dean's List.

Mr. Davis is a member of the State Bar of New York and also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
